Globular clusters as laboratories for standard and non-standard stellar evolution
I am a “Liyun” Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Physics and Astronomy, Beijing Normal University. My research uses globular clusters as cosmic laboratories to study stellar evolution — from classical single-star cooling sequences to exotic products of binary interaction, such as rate variations in white-dwarf cooling sequences, horizontal-branch morphology, and the physical properties of optical companions to binary millisecond pulsars.
